How we handle your information, and what applies when you book a court with FR Sports.
These terms apply when you book a court with FR Sports (Futsalrange) through futsalrange.com, our mobile app, or by contacting one of our venues. By making a booking you agree to them. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Your Account+
You book using your mobile number. We send a one-time code to that number over WhatsApp to sign you in, so there is no password to remember — but it also means anyone with access to your WhatsApp can access your bookings. Keep your phone secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your number.
Please keep your name, number and email accurate. If we cannot reach you on the number you booked with, we cannot tell you about a change or a cancellation.
Making a Booking+
A booking is not confirmed when you select a slot. It is held as pending until we receive your advance payment. While a booking is pending the slot is reserved for you, but it is not yours yet.
A pending booking expires automatically if the advance is not received in time, and the slot is released for anyone else to book. If that happens, any account credit, coupon or membership hours used on the booking are returned to you automatically. We will tell you when a booking is confirmed and when it is cancelled.
Prices shown include the court hire for the time and sport selected. Add-ons such as equipment hire are charged separately and in addition to the court price.
Payment+
We accept bank transfer, cash at the venue, and payment from your Futsalrange account credit. Where an advance is required, your booking is confirmed once we have received and checked it.
If you pay by bank transfer you will be asked to upload a screenshot of the transfer. We use it as proof of payment, and confirmation may take a short time while a staff member checks it. We do not accept card details and will never ask you for them.
Any balance remaining after the advance is payable at the venue before you play.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds+
You can cancel a pending booking from your profile, unless a cash or bank advance has already been paid on it. To cancel a pending booking with a cash or bank advance, or a confirmed booking, contact the venue on WhatsApp. Where a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount is normally returned as credit on your Futsalrange account, which you can use against any future booking at any of our venues.
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your booking is due to start. Cancel with that much notice and you get your money back in full — normally as credit on your Futsalrange account, which you can put towards any future booking at any of our venues.
In practice we are not strict about this. If something comes up — an emergency, illness, or simply bad luck — talk to us. We will often still refund you outside the 24 hours as a goodwill gesture, though outside that notice period a refund is at our discretion rather than something you are entitled to. The sooner you tell us, the better the chance we can give the slot to someone else and refund you in full.
If we have to cancel or move your booking — because of maintenance, weather affecting an outdoor facility, or circumstances outside our control — we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund of what you paid for that booking.
Coupons, Memberships and Loyalty+
Coupons apply to court hire only, not to add-ons, and cannot be combined with another discount on the same booking. Each coupon has its own expiry date and conditions, shown when it is issued to you.
Memberships include a number of playing hours over the membership period. Hours used on a booking are returned to your balance if that booking is cancelled or expires. Unused hours do not carry over past the end of the membership period unless we say otherwise in writing.
Loyalty rewards are earned on completed, paid bookings. We may change the loyalty programme or end it, and we will tell you before we do.
At the Venue+
Please arrive in time to start your session as booked — a session that starts late still ends at its booked finish time, because the court is booked by someone else after you.
There is no smoking inside the fields.
Appropriate footwear must be worn on all courts, and studs are not allowed on the football courts. Please follow the instructions of venue staff, who may ask anyone behaving dangerously, abusively or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to leave without a refund.
You are responsible for any damage you or your group cause to the facilities or equipment.
Equipment. Bats, balls, footballs and volleyballs are available at the venue for cricket, football and volleyball bookings. Cricket bookings include one tape per hour, and extra tape is available. Padel bookings include slightly used balls; three new Wilson balls are available with a three-hour booking.
Your Safety and Our Liability+
Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for making sure you are fit enough to play. We recommend your own insurance for anything beyond first aid.
We are responsible for keeping our facilities in reasonable condition. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at a venue, or for loss you could not reasonably have expected. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Changes to These Terms+
We may update these terms — for example if we change how bookings or payments work. The version published here when you make a booking is the version that applies to it. We will change the date at the top when we update this page.
